When you’re training things can get pretty hectic and it’s easy to run out of time.
No excues with this healthy recipe.
I made this nut slices quickly and successfully (which is rare) and they are VERY easy and very yummy. Well worth trying out…..
Add these dry ingredients into a bowl
1 cup chopped almonds (I used almond slices with no skin)
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup coconut
1 cup pepitas
1/2 cup pistachio nuts
1 cup gluten free flour OR brown rice flour
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons macadamia oil
1. Mix all the together and press firmly into a greased rectangel slice tin.
2. Cook for approximately 30 minutes at 180 Celsius (or until quite brown)
3. Cool and then cut into slices
Obviously with the dry ingredients you can change it to suit your tastes. I have also added sultanas in the past.
